We started by putting down drop sheet to ensure the protection of floors and furniture.
Once everything was covered up, we wiped down all surfaces free from dust, hammered in any nail pops, speckled nail holes and caulked where needed up to baseboards, door frames, and windows.
Once spackle was dry, we sanded to a smooth finish using fine grit sand paper, then wiped down baseboards and any sanding debris.
We then spot primed any patches, painted a fresh coat of white flat ceiling paint on the ceiling, ran out all trim in a white satin interior latex paint.
Two coats on walls, flat finish and color butterscotch. Another job well done.
