What’s included?

Choose either:

  • Pressure Washing – We’ll clean up to 500 sq. ft. of your first-level driveway, walkway, or patio using a gentle-wash, chemical-free method. A great way to freshen up your space for summer!

OR

  • Paint Touch-Ups – We’ll refresh small areas where paint has chipped, flaked, or faded using matching paint purchased through The House Painters™. Covers up to 50 sq. ft. on the first level of your home.

What’s not included?

Full-house pressure washing or areas exceeding the 500 sq. ft. limit (e.g., full driveways, entire exterior surfaces, etc.).

Extensive touch-ups or painting beyond the 50 sq. ft. limit.

Additional services beyond the scope of this offer may incur standard charges.

Estimates will be provided before any extra work.

Important Notes:

  • Limit one free service per customer: Choose either pressure washing (up to 500 sq. ft. surface area) OR paint touch-up (up to 50 sq. ft. surface area).

  • Offer expires 7 days from the date of this message.

  • Appointments are subject to scheduling availability and weather conditions.

  • Client is responsible for purchasing materials through The House Painters™.

  • The House Painters™ are not responsible for any substrate damage caused from pressure washing, including but not limited to flaking or peeling paint, caulk failure, or substrate deterioration.

  • The House Painters™ are not responsible for any flashing, color variations, or sheen inconsistencies resulting from touch-ups. Due to factors such as aging, sun exposure, and existing paint conditions, touch-ups may not blend seamlessly with the surrounding areas. This includes, but is not limited to, differences in texture, finish, or overall appearance.
