This lovely client in Germantown TN wanted her turn of the century villa restored and color matched on siding and trim.

First of all, we did a full pressure wash on the entire house. Once the house was completely dry we did a hand scrape to remove all loose paint and imperfections from all siding and trim.

Following that, we spot primed all the raw lumber and materials with high-end oil primer. Once the primer had cured, we caulked around doors and windows to ensure a weather and moisture barrier.

We then painted all trim and color matched cream satin finish with exterior latex paint. Then came the siding. All siding was painted with a flat finish and the clients desired blue.

Stained front and rear porches with semi transparent latex stain. And voila, beautiful house!
