For this job we were repainting the siding and trim. We started out as you always do when painting an exterior, with pressure washing to assure paint and product adhesion. We also did a mold and mildew treatment on this house, to kill and remove any residue or traces before prep and paint. We then went ahead with light hand scraping before spackling, filling nail holes, caulking and spot priming as needed.
The siding was originally beige and we went ahead and did it in a cream color (Sherwin Williams 7555-Patience), giving it a much brighter appearance.
With everyone doing such a great job on their part of the home makeover, the house came out a huge success and the client was extremely happy.
