This house had some very oxidized paint on it, and had not been painted in years.

As always, a house needs to be pressure washed to assure paint and product adhesion. We also did a mold and mildew treatment on this house, to kill and remove any residue or traces before prep and paint.

Caulking gaps around windows and doors and filled nail holes as needed, trim was painted white in a satin exterior latex paint.

Siding went grey with a flat finish. Painted new door painted in a gloss black.

Brick was mason primed, tuck pointed, and hit with two coats of flat grey latex exterior paint.

I loved the transformation on this Franklin house!
