When we first arrived to the scheduled location, we started with a bleaching process of all areas containing mold or mil due. Next we applied a full pressure wash to the Trellis, staircase, deck and pergola. After allowing a full 24 hours for timber to dry, we sprayed, applied and back rolled to any areas that remained wet. We used a solid stain of Behr Russet for the deck and Behr Forum for the lattice. When the job was completed, the client was satisfied with the finished product.
