Upon arriving to the house we started with the bleaching of any areas containing mold or mil due, followed by a full pressure wash. After allowing 24 hours for all lumber to completely dry, we spray applied and back rolled to all areas that were still wet. After the job was done, the client was overjoyed with the final product.
